IMPHAL October 1: A 10 day function on traditional head-gears and head dresses of Manipur was inaugurated today at the Tribal Museum and Research Centre, Imphal Sagolband Bijoy Govinda Akham Leikai organized by the research centre.
The function to be participated by representatives of 29 tribes and the Meitei community was inaugurated by Laishram Birendrakumar Musiciologist, Sangeet Natak Akademi Awardee.
