IMPHAL, Nov 2: Directorate of Fisheries, Manipur in a press statement has informed that it will organize a Fish Fair cum Fish Crop Competition, 2013 on Nov 4 at 12.30 pm at Hapta Kangjeibung, Palace Compound so as to make fish available to the general public at Govt approved rate on the eve of Ningol Chakkouba festival.
