IMPHAL, Dec 7: The observance of the 74th Nupilal Memorial Day will be held on December 12 at THAU ground, Thangmeiband.
The said observance of Nupilal will be organised by Nupilal Ningshing Numit Observation Committee, it said in a press release.
It further made an appeal to all not to call bandh or other similar disturbances on the said date.
