IMPHAL, Dec 7: The Manipur People’s Party is organising a silent rally on December 9, 2013 against the brutal murder of Haobijam Manisana Singh and that the party will submit a memorandum to the Governor of Manipur.
The press release also appealed to all to extend cooperation.
It further urged to all concerned not to provide any obstruction to the party members and workers who will be coming to participate in the proposed silent rally.
