IMPHAL, September 23: The Aam Admi Party (AAP) will not be fielding its candidate in the ensuing by-election of Hiyanglam Assembly constituency to be held on September 17. The decision was adopted by the party high command said AAP convenor, Th Manihar.
Till date, the BJP, INC and Trinamool Congress have announced its candidates to contest in the election.
