THOUBAL, September 25: The `National Sanitation Campaign`, Thoubal District was started today at the District Head Quarter by organising a rally starting from the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Thoubal.
The rally was taken part by ZP Members, the Officers and Officials from the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Sub-Divisional Officers, Officers/Officials and Volunteers of the Nehru Yuva Kendra, Thoubal, PHED, Medical Staffs, School Students, Police Officers and personnel, Teachers and Staff from the office of the Zonal Education Officer, Thoubal numbering about 500 up to Thoubal Bazar carrying ply cards carrying messages such as `One Family one latrine` ,`No Toilet – No Bride`, `Let`™s keep our city neat and clean`, `Wash your hand before eating`, wash Your hand every time you sneeze/cough etc`™.
