THOUBAL, Oct 3: In an unfortunate incident two young children drown to their deaths at their residential pond today.
The incident occurred around 4 pm at Kiyam Siphaikhong Ahanbi Leikai under Thoubal Police Sub-station.
The victims have been identified as two years and six months old Sapam Manimatum, son of Tomba and Purnima and Sapam Sanamatum son of Sapam Ratan.
