IMPHAL, Oct 10: Electronic Voting Machines for the October 17 Hiyanglam by-poll were commissioned today at the counting hall of the DC Thoubal under the supervision of Returning Officer Th Charanjit Singh, informed the district information officer, Thoubal.
Meanwhile, DC Thoubal also chaired a security meeting to discuss the security for a peaceful by-poll today.
