IMPHAL, Oct 30: Armed miscreants fire three shots of 9mm rounds at the residential gate of Lamsang MLA’s personal secretary last night around 9.30, under Lamsang police station Imphal West district.
The personal secretary is identified as one Lourembam Tiken, 46, son of Inaobi of Touthong Lamkhai.
