IMPHAL, Feb 17: The Editors`™ Guild Manipur has strongly condemned the act of some unknown armed miscreants who came looking for Naharol Thoudang editor Khoirom Loyalakpa at his residence this morning.
It further said that the act of threatening media persons who are working day and night to disseminate information to the public can never bring good to the society.
Editors`™ Guild Manipur considers this as an act of cowardice, it said.
The Guild has also appealed the State Government to take up necessary measure to safeguard media persons.
