IMPHAL, February 3: Chumthang Media launch its website in its office at Konung Mamang opposite the Thangal memorial temple.
At the function for launching the website, Kangla Pao chief-editor P Ibochouba Singh, Manipur CRDP chairman Elangbam Nuton Singh and All Manipur Bar Association joint secretary W Horendro Singh attended as the chief guest, president and guest of honour respectively.
In his address as the chief guest, P Ibochouba said Chumthang Media is an online news site which will provide information through the internet while taking an active role in other media related issues. Now, information technology is developed and helping impart news throughout the state; so, Chumthang media should keep a long-term policy of being in the news business while also adhering to media ethics.
