IMPHAL, April 6: Contending that catholic mission schools including Don Bosco, St Joseph, Nairmala Bas, Little Flower, Secret Heart and Catholic School in the state are all based on Reli-care system devoid of organizational hierarchy, the proscribed Kangleipak Communist Party, KCP (MC) has categorically stated that the outfit will refer certificates and degrees fetched from diluted schools which do not comply norms and criteria of CBSE as Diluted Educational Surplus Value.
According to a statement signed by Paikhomba Meitei, Secretary Information & Publicity Military Affairs, KCP (MC), the survey conducted by New Educational Strategy (NEST) under Operation Mangal of the outfit against diluted schools has been completed.
However, final report of the survey will be furnished publicly after preparing a list by the outfit.
Clarifying that there is no faction within KCP (MC) and that the outfit has no connection with any mafia groups in any way, the statement made it clear that those who countered Operation Mangal are Pro-Capitalist.
