Imphal, May 31: Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh today released a monthly sports bulletin entitled MONIKA in a simple function held in his office chamber.
A press release of the Department of Information and Public Relation has said that the bulletin is being published by the MONIKA DEVI SPORTS ACADEMY, Cachar, Assam in the name of the International Weightlifter from Manipur Laishram Monika Devi.
The magazine release function was attended by director YAS, Manipur, N Ashok Kumar, international weightlifter L Monika Devi and managing director of the Monika Devi Sports Academy who is also the Editor of the Bulletin, Bidhan Sinha and the parents of Monika Devi, it said.
