IMPHAL, May 6: Indian Red Cross Society, Manipur State Branch has said that the society will observe `World Red Cross Day`™ on May 8 at its Head office at MG Avenue on the theme `Our Principle in Actions`™.
According to a release of the society, a voluntary blood donation camp will also be organised and interest free loan of Rs. 10,000/- will also be distributed to four widows of armed conflict under the Livelihood Support Programme in continuation of the support programme launched in February.
All Patron members/live members of the Society/volunteers/beneficiary widows and voluntary blood donors are appealed to participated in the function, it said.
