IMPHAL, Jun 6: The Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region, in a press release informed that Secretary, NEC, Ameising Luikham has been appointed as the Secretary in Department of Public Enterprises, Government of India, New Delhi by an order of Appointment Committee of the Cabinet.
He is an IAS Officer of Manipur cadre of 1981 batch.
Luikham joined as NEC Secretary on May 7. He was Additional Chief Secretary (RD & PR, CAF & PD & TA & Hills) in Manipur Government, it said.
