IMPHAL, Jun 11: Taking serious note of the deplorable road condition, shortage of potable water, degrading quality education, poor supply of power current and irregularities in distribution of old age pension in Konthoujam Constituency; Konthoujam Kendra People`™s Task Force, Khumbong Bazaar called a press conference to discuss the issues at Manipur Press Club here today.
The press conference presided over by president of the organization Ibomcha Singh adopted certain resolutions in connection with the issues.
The organization further decided to organize an essay competition on the topic `How to make Konthoujam Kendra a model constituency`™ on or before June 30.
