IMPHAL, July 16: Deputy Chief Minister Gaikhangam who is also the president of Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) has extended his warm greetings to the people of the state on the auspicious occasions of Eid-ul-Fitr for Muslim community and Rathjatra for Hindu community on July 18.
In a message, Gaikhangam prayed for harmony, violence-free state and peaceful co-existence amongst the people of different communities with the coming of the sacred festivals.
State co-ordinator of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Manipur Thoudam Manihar has greeted the people of the state especially the Muslim brethren on the occasion of Eidul-Fitr which falls on July 18.
In his message, the state co-ordinator of AAM Manipur wished for peace, harmony and violence-free state with the arrival of the festival.
