IMPHAL, Aug 25: The Joint Committee on Inner Line Permit System has entered the fourth round of talks with the government on the new ILP bill today. However, with no communication from the inside, and the talk continuing late into the night there are no reports on any development from the talks. A 16-member team of the JCILPS had reportedly entered the CM`™s Bungalow for the talk around 4pm.
