LAMKA, Sept 10: The JAC, Churachandpur has said that in the general interest of the public, the JAC is appealing for a better streamlining of the tribal movement.
It said the JAC appreciates the initiative of the women groups and local authorities in the movement.
It has also said that the JAC will not accept any form of ex-gratia from the government and instead it will be contributed by the public.
It also said that a team of the Autonomous District Council Churachandpur led by its chairman has left for the capital with demands of the JAC.
The bandh will also be relaxed from 5am to noon until further order, it said.
