Imphal, Oct 29: The Manipur Information Commission has summoned the project director of Loktak Development Authority (LDA) to appear before the RTI Commission in person on November 6, 2015 said a source.
According to reliable source notified from Manipur Information Commission has ordered FAA/Project Director (LDA) Manipur to present before the commission for failure to furnish information within the time specified under the RTI Act 2005.
The commission has fixed the date of appearance on November 6, 2015 and for filling his written stement against M Poireihenba Meetei State Convener RTI Cell BJP Manipur Pradesh at 11:30 am.
It may recalled that M Poireihenba has submitted RTI application on the Loktak Lake disparity and malpractice by the concern author in the recent.
