IMPHAL, Oct 18: The Indigenous People`™s Association of Kangleipak, IPAK, in a release today said it has once again banned housie gambling in Mata Cinema and Sanker Talkies from November 15 onwards, as the practice is becoming not only a nuisance but also a bad influence on the younger generation, introducing them to unregulated gambling early in their lives.
