DIMAPUR, November 22 (NNN): The NSCN-IM has claimed that the outfit has warmly welcomed the “homecoming” of 36 cadres from different groups who were holding important position in various capacities.
According to a press note from the outfit, their (home comers) timely realisation in the hopelessness in following leaders who doesn`t carry any tangible political agenda for the Nagas and their wisdom to join the Naga national mainstream is well appreciated.
“We strongly believe that those who are still at large will soon realize the futility in fighting the cause which their leaders had already betrayed. The doors of NSCN are widely open for any Naga who is desirous of strengthening the national mainstream. We hope that the homecoming of 36 leaders today from different group will surely uplift the national movement. We wish them the best in their service for Naga nation,” the NSCN-IM said.
The 36 cadres consisted of 8 from GPRN/NSCN, 18 from NNC (NA), 2 from NSCN (K), 1 from FGN, 6 from NNC, and 1 from NSCN (R).
