IMPHAL, Nov 12: The Mahabali Peikai (Thoubei) has condemned the explosion of a bomb inside the Mahabali Kabui Khul house of Ashiho Kamei which was left behind by unidentified persons on November 11.
A statement of the Kabui customary court said it strongly condemns such insane and violent act which has caused mush damage to the residence and created a fear psychosis among the people.
It has further demanded all those involved to clarify on the issue.
