IMPHAL, Nov 19: The United Writers’ Forum Manipur (UWFM) has invited writers above 30 years of age for conferring Sahitya (Loina Shillon) Ratna Award and H Itomcha & H Manimohan Literature Award 2015 to be given by the forum.
A press note of UWFM informed that intending writers should submit 15 scripts not published yearly and the same should be submitted to the office of the forum before December 5.
