IMPHAL, November 2: The State government has failed to issue the appointment orders to the selected candidates for the posts of 88 specialists (Manipur Health Service Grade-III) in different disciplines.
According to a source, in order to meet the requirement of Specialists in the district hospitals and community centres of the Health department, applications were invited for 88 posts of Specialists (Manipur Health Service Grade-III) in different disciplines under direct recruitment quota by the Manipur Public Service Commission vide and advertisement dated October 30, 2014.
The same source said, after screening of the applications received, the Manipur Health Service Grade-II Examination 2014 was conducted by the MPSC from August 3 to11 and the results were notified on August 11.
However, no appointment order has been issued even after two and half months, according to the source.
