CCPUR, Nov 19: Information Center for Hill Areas Manipur (ICHAM) president N Rajendro Singh inaugurated a project of the Social and Economic Development Organisation (SEDO) at Munpi today.
The inauguration program was attended by Rajendro as chief guest, Paulal Haokip MDC (Henglep) as functional president and CMO Churachandpur T Guite as guest of honour.
ICHAM president Rajendro Singh and his team also paid their tribute to the nine tribal martyrs at the JPO Information center where they offered nine Meetei traditional shawls and flower bouquets as tribute at the JPO’s center where the ICHAM and SEDO team was greeted by four leaders of the JPO.
The ICHAM and SEDO team said all the people living in Manipur are one and there can’t be division like Meetei, Kuki, Naga etc and those who talked about a section of the society being ‘foreigners’ can be prosecuted under an Act of the Parliament.
