IMPHAL, Dec 26: As observed in other parts of the country, the 90th foundation day of Communist Party of India was observed here at the GM Hall organized by the CPI Manipur State Council today.
CPI Manipur State Council leaders including N Mangi, B Sharma and Dr M Nara delivered speeches at the function.
