IMPHAL, Dec 19: A hand grenade and two mortar shells were recovered this morning during digging of the Kangla moat for construction of a retaining wall near the western gate of the Kangla around 6:30.
Later, a team of the Imphal Police Station picked up the explosives and disposed it at around 8:30am at the Mantripukhri Firing range.
