IMPHAL, Dec 23: As another addition to promote tourism in the State, a festival of food, music, art and culture will be held at the Panam Ningthou Garden, Andro in Imphal East district, Manipur on December 26 and 27.
‘This Festival of Andro is being organised by an Imphal-based event organiser ‘Leipung Wah’.
12 bands are scheduled to perform during the festival including bands from Mumbai (Mad Boi Mink), Delhi (Leaf Tone) and bands from Dimapur along with Indie Dirty Strikes, The Koi, Imphal Talkies etc.’ according to the event manager Tom Maisnam
‘The festival will provide the opportunity to relish the special indigenous food items, including of Andro’ added Suzaina Keishing festival organiser.
