IMPHAL, Dec 4: Education Minister, M Okrendro Singh today flagged off 42 member of Manipur Kala Utsav team from his office campus at the Secretariat North Block, to participate in the National Level Kala Utsav, 2015 due to be held December 8 till 11.
Of the total participants 36 are school students, selected during the recent state level Kala Utsav organised at the auditorium of the MFDC auditorium, while 6 are teachers.
The students will take part in various art form including Dance, Music, Visual Arts and Theater.
Students from Senapati district will take in Music, Bishnupur in Theatre, Imphal east in visual Arts, Imphal West in Dance.
The National Level Kala Utsav , 2015 is an initiative of the Human Resource Development (HRD) Minister to expose hidden talents in studying in secondary levels.
