IMPHAL, Jan 14: The All Manipur Students’ Union (AMSU) Imphal West district Committee had convened a meeting at the Nambul Mapan High School with its vice president Potshangbam Ronil, in the chair.
The meeting was also attended by the district committee’s co-ordination and networking secretary, Brojen Longjam and finance secretary Sarangthem Taibanganba.
During the meeting the students’ body discussed on the future course of action to strengthen the body besides appointed new office bearers of the Committee for the year 2015-17.
Seram Suraj Meetei has been appointed as the president, Leishangtham Punsiba Meitei as vice president, Sarangthem Deepak Meetei, as general secretary and Sagolsem Arnold Singh as finance secretary.
