HSLC exam 2016 envisaged to be turning point in Sadar Hills

KANGPOKPI, March.1: The massive changes in respect of better environment, healthier mode of examination on the part of the students and the fruition collective efforts of the district administration including various civil bodies in the ongoing COHSEM and BOSEM examination in Sadar Hills is likely to float up the much-awaited ‘Quality education’ in the crumble education system of Sadar Hills.

Tremendous innovation has been witnessed in the ongoing HSE and HSLC examination in the entire examination centre’s in Sadar Hills as compared to the previous year’s mood of examination particularly in the board examination.

Students who came to appear the examination were frisked before entering the examination campus in all examination centers by volunteers of various student bodies who are authorized by the district administration at the respective main gate while security personnel tidily cordon off the area so as to avoid outside meddling during the examination hours.

As CCTV cameras have been installed in the examination centers in the State, the same has also been made functional in the examination centers in Sadar Hills as well.

COHSEM and BOSEM flying squads, authorized invigilators and examination officials apart from the district administrators strictly monitored the flow of examination inside the campuses while the authorized volunteers of various student bodies and the district security personnel firmly scrutinized activities outside the campuses.

The conduct of HSLC examination, 2016 today in all examination centers in Sadar Hills witnessed satisfactory accomplishment.

At President College, Motbung examination centre, where unhealthy competition was once recorded last year, witnessed remarkable conduct of examination with the enthusiastic efforts of examination officials, Saitu-Gamphazol Sub Division administrator, volunteers of TSA Sadar Hills, Motbung Women Association, Motbung Youth Club and security personnel in the presence of BOSEM flying squad.

No expulsion of candidate for unlawful practice, impersonation and other unfair means was reported from the examination centre Officer In-charge.

Speaking to media persons at Motbung, Lunmang expressed the student body aspiration for clean examination and quality education in Sadar Hills while conveying his satisfaction over the conduct of BOSEM examination at Motbung centre today.

He also said that the mode of examination this year in every centre has been made so challenging that the pass percentage may come below expectation but quality education will be far beyond expectation.

“If the present trend of manner is maintain throughout the examination HSLC examination, 2016 will be a turning point in the deteriorate education system in Sadar Hills”, Lunmang asserted.

Similar mode of examination was also reported from Sapormeina, Keithelmanbi and Kangpokpi centre with no report of any expulsion and malpractice on the first day of HSLC examination, 2016.
