KANGPOKPI, March 29: “The ruling Congress Government in the state has a neutral position on representing its people’s interest and its ideology of peaceful coexistence has been maintained well”, asserted Kangpokpi AC MLA Nemcha Kipgen while reiterating her satisfaction over the Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh led Manipur state Government.
The MLA was speaking at the distribution function of District Disaster Response Fund today at Kangpokpi as part of the distribution of DDRF in Kangpokpi assembly constituency.
