Today, the 22nd January of 2017, Office of the CEO, MANIPUR along with Editors Guild Manipur and NEO GENE Contemporary Artist of Manipur conducted the longest 1.5 Km Art Competition from Southern Kangla Gate to Northern Kangla gate which is a part of creating history in Manipur.
The theme for conducting this Art competition is “Free and Fair and Peaceful election and ethical voting”.
