IMPHAL, Jan 17: Unidentified miscreants today evening lobbed a hand grenade at the Khagempalli Pankha residence of Jt Director Veterinary and Animal Husbandry at around 3 pm. In the meantime concern police had arrived and retrieved the bomb which had failed to explode.
However, the miscreants are yet to be identified till the filling of this report.
