IMPHAL, Aug 17: A one-day consultation programme on dam was organized by Tangkhul Aze Katamnao Long today at Hotel Imphal, North AOC, Imphal.
The consultation programme was attended by environmentalists, academicians, researchers, social and human rights activists, student leaders and representatives of villages affected by dam construction.
