IMPHAL, Dec 22: A combined team of Chandel police and Assam Rifles has launched a manhunt since yesterday to nab the NSCN (IM) cadre, Livingstone, who have allegedly molested and assaulted a Manipuri film actress.
Police said that the combined team has conducted search operations at Zafu bazaar, Lambung and Pungkai Khun last night and they will continue it every night.
