IMPHAL, January 25: In an official statement, the Chief Minister of Manipur, O Ibobi has deeply condoled the sad demise of Th. Achouba Singh after a prolonged illness at his residence today. Noting that Th. Achouba served the people of Khangabok Assembly Constituency, Thoubal District as MLA for a long time , CM Ibobi said that the state has lost a respected public figure and a fine human being. The statement added that CM Ibobi has conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the members of the bereaved family.
