IMPHAL, Jun 25: An NSS team of Manipur has left Imphal on June 2015 for participation in the National Integration Camp for Women being organised by the NSS Cell, Mumbai University during June 28 to July 4 under the sponsorship of Ministry of Skill Development, Entrepreneurship, Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India.
A statement has been issued in this regard by the NSS cell, MU H Momoccha Singh, stating that the team was led by Dr M Ranjana, NSS programme officer of Standard College, Kongba comprises of 10 female volunteers selected from different NSS units of Manipur.
Stating that the female team has been escorted by K Suraj Sharma, an Ex-NSV of the NSS cell, MU, the national integration camp team will take part in various programmes such as cultural events, march past, competitive, youth conventions etc.
The team was flagged off by Dr Ch Ibohal Sigh, programme co-ordinator NSS cell, MU.
