The NE Sports and Arts Magazine with “KHONTHAANG DELHI” is organizing “NINGOL CHAKOUBA” on 7th November 2010. The only festival, which keeps alive the beautiful relationship of brothers and sisters, will take part by “Ningols” of various communities of the state.
Khonthaang Delhi is a group of individuals residing In Delhi and its surrounding suburbs, who wishes for a brave new world will come up from time – to – time to commemorate cultural and traditional ethos of the state.
