IMPHAL Jan 27: A mob broke out today at Jiribam Community Centre today morning as a mother and child expired during delivery. The deceased woman is one Mutum Manisana,27, wife of Arjun of Jiribam Kalinagar Part 2. Following the death of the woman and child , irate family members thronged the CHC campus and took out a rally and a sit in protest later at the office of the Jiribam ADC demanding the punishment of the doctor and compensation.
