IMPHAL, Jan 17: Korou Eyecare Charitable Trust, Imphal as part of the World Sight Day organized free eyesight distribution ceremony yesterday at the Korou Eye hospital & Research Centre, Uripok-RIMS Link road, Imphal.
According to a release, 50 economically unfortunate people were given free optically fitted eyeglasses at the centre yesterday and vision screening examination was also held previously in connection with the observation by the centre on December 26 last year, the release added.
