IMPHAL, Jan 17: Various social organizations and political parties of the state have extended greetings to the peoples of Kabui community with the coming of Chakan Gaan Ngai which will be celebrated from tomorrow by the community.
Bharatiya Janata Party, Manipur Pradesh has greeted the people of Manipur particularly the Zeliangrong people on the occasion of Gaan Ngai and further expressed their hoped that the festival would foster sense of brotherhood, peace and harmony among the people of Manipur.
In the meantime, in a seperate Gaan Ngai greeting message from the president MPP, mentioned that MPP is praying for maintaining peaceful existence as well as a prosperous state to the traditional Kabui God Tinkao Ragang, the release of MPP added.
