IMPHAL, June 3: A low intensive Improvised explosive device (IED) exploded in the heart of the Ukhrul town near Gandhi Chok some 100 meters away from the office of Ukhrul police reserve line Ukhrul district today at around 8.10 pm.
However there was no report of any human casualty in the blast till the filing of this report.
