BISHNUPUR, December 23: A one day seminar on `Rules of Law`™ was jointly organised by the High Court Bas Association and Royal Academy of Law, Oinam at the Conference Hall of RAL today.
Rarry Mangshatabam, president of High Court Manipur Bar Association, I Jugeshwar, Principal of RAL and O Ibochouba Khuman, vice chairman of RAL were the presidium members of the seminar programme.
Advocate Meihoubam Rakesh, director of Human Rights Law Network, advocate Toijam Madhusudan and Kh Tarunkumar attended the seminar as resource persons. Around 100 representatives from different NGOs, voluntary organisations and students bodies took part in the seminar.
