IMPHAL, Aug 9: Due to incessant heavy downpour of rain last night, landslides have been occurred in many places at Noney Bazar, damaging dwelling residential houses and shops.
Nullahs are overflowing and vast tracts of paddy fields in different parts of the sub-division were eroded by silts of the landslides thereby destroying planted crops.
Above all, slides are also witnessing in many places along Imphal-Tamenglong Road disrupting normal passage.
