LAMKA, September 10: For the first time since the three Bills were passed in the Manipur Assembly, village authority of Hiangtam Lamka led by the village chief Thangkhosuanmung Guite organised an inept study of the three bills passed under the theme `intellectual and social activist discussion` at YPA GHQ Hall located at Hiangtam Lamka.
During the program, imminent layers of Hiangtam Lamka Siamzading and H Nengsong presented their studies of the three bills and talked about the use of terminologies and words that was highly deceiving to the laymen and tribals.
They also talked on the need to thoroughly study the bills and further stressed on the danger of interpretation of the words such as `Native` that can be manipulated.
