IMPHAL, Nov 4: The director Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal along with the staff and students RIMS Students’ Union expressed their heart-felt condolences on the sudden demise of Prof Dr Th Biren Singh, ex professor and head of Medicine department, RIMS medical superintendent RIMS Hospital and dean Academic RIMS, said a condolence message of the RIMS director. It said it was felt that his service in the Institute was commendable and his role in patients care service, teaching and administration will be cherished lifelong by one and all.
