IMPHAL, Nov 18: Relief Centre for the Welfare of Differently Abled Persons, Manipur organized a Fine Arts Exhibition of paintings by a differently abled artist Th Surju Devi at Awangkhunou Youth Union Club, Awangkhunou today.
The exhibition was inaugurated by Lamsang MLA Wangkheimayum Brajabidhu.
