IMPHAL, January 5: The Governor of Manipur has ordered that all Government offices and Educational Institutions, Private Sectors undertakings and other establishments within the territorial areas of the Municipal Councils and Nagar Panchayats other than the territorial areas of Imphal Municipal Council will remained closed on January 11, Monday to enable the employees to exercise their right to franchise.
Similarly, the order also declared that all banks/financial instructions located within the territorial areas of the Municipal Councils and Nagar Panchayat other than the territorial areas of Imphal Municipal Council to avail Special Casual Leave the same day to enable the employees to exercise their franchise.
